Ongoing ABA Services

Every six months to continue ABA services

Your ABA provider will submit a request to continue ABA services if clinically necessary. This request includes an updated treatment plan and outcome measures. You will complete the PDDBI and either the PSI-4 or SIPA, based on your dependent’s age.

Every year to continue ABA services

You will complete the Vineland-3 and the SRS-2, along with the PDDBI and PSI-4 or SIPA based on your dependent’s age.

Every two years to continue ABA services

Every two years, your PCM or specialized ASD diagnosing provider must send a new referral and the DSM-5 Checklist to continue ABA services.
