Drug Limitations and Requirements
Please note the following limitations and requirements for drugs filled through the Deployment Prescription Program.
Controlled (CII) Drugs |
You must have a hard copy, paper prescription with the provider's hand-written signature and a valid personal DEA#. We don't accept photocopied, scanned, faxed or digital signatures. You can only get a 90-day supply at a time with no refills. We may require a new prescription if we find errors. You must mail all CII prescriptions to: Express Scripts, Inc. |

You can only get a 90-day supply at a time with no refills. We may require a new prescription if we find errors. You can fax or scan CIII-CV prescriptions to Express Scripts. |
Psychotropic Drugs |
You may get an initial 180-day supply at the pre-deployment site. Exception: You can only get a 90-day supply of CII stimulants at the pre-deployment site. In theater, a 180-day supply (total) may be supplied. We don't accept mail order prescriptions from pre-deployment sites. You must see a provider in theater for all follow-up care and prescription renewals. |
Non-deployable Drugs | You must have proof of an approved CENTCOM waiver. |
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Drugs |
Only the following OTC drugs can be filled:

Smoking Cessation Drugs | Chantix is a non-deployable drug. We require proof of an approved CENTCOM waiver. |
