Aquatic Therapy
TRICARE may cover aquatic therapy, also known as hydrotherapy. The aquatic therapy must:
- Be prescribed by a physician, certified physician assistant, or certified nurse practitioner
- Be provided as part of physical therapy or occupational therapy
TRICARE doesn’t cover exercise classes in a swimming pool.
