You’re eligible if you live in the Atlanta area or Tampa area and you’re any of the following:
Enrollment fees are waived for retirees, family members of retirees, and survivors for the first 12 months, regardless of when you enroll with CSMV. After the first year, you’ll pay TRICARE Prime enrollment fees. (Note: There are no TRICARE Prime enrollment fees for active duty family members and transitional survivors.)
You won’t need to get referrals to see network providers. (You may need pre-authorization for some services.)
CSMV will help you choose a primary care manager.
CSMV will also provide:

Virtual health services
A 24/7 nurse advice line
You’ll get all health care through CSMV’s provider network.
You can enroll during TRICARE Open Season, which runs from Nov. 10 to Dec. 9, 2025. Your coverage starts on Jan. 1, 2026.
Ready to enroll? There are three ways to enroll:
Online: Go to milConnect. Click the “Benefits” tab. Then click “Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE).”
By phone: Call the TRICARE Prime Demo enrollment partner, EEE, at 877-996-9333. EEE confirms your eligibility and processes your enrollment.
By mail or fax: Send a TRICARE Prime enrollment form to the TRICARE Competitive Plan Demonstration enrollment partner listed on the form.

Costs for care: The TRICARE Prime Demo has the same copayments, cost-shares, and other out-of-pocket costs as TRICARE Prime.
