You can update your payment options and view billing details in just a few small steps.

Log in to the Secure Portal

The West Region beneficiary portal allows you to manage your payment options securely. You can do it on your desktop computer/laptop. Log in or sign up as new user to the portal

Sign up for Allotments

If you are a retired sponsor under the age of 65, you can sign up to have your TRICARE Prime enrollment premium payments deducted from your military retirement pay.

Sign Up for Automatic Payments

You have three options to set up automatic, electronic funds transfer, or recurring credit card payments.

• Option 1: Set up automatic payments securely online. You’ll need your primary email address on file with DEERS to sign up as a new user. Sign up for monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.
• Option 2: Call 888-TRIWEST (874-9378) to pay through the automated phone payment system. No wait time! Need help? Learn how to make a payment by phone.
• Option 3: Download the Automatic Monthly TRICARE Payment Set Up Request form. Complete the form and mail it to the address on page 2.

Make a One-Time Payment

You also have the option to make a one-time enrollment premium payment on the beneficiary portal or through the automated phone payment system by calling 888-TRIWEST (874-9378). You can pay with electronic funds transfer or by credit card.
