Announcing myAuth! We're Modernizing Your TRICARE West Region Beneficiary Portal Login Experience!

We're excited to announce myAuth – a new, secure, and user-friendly way to access your DOW applications, supported by the DMDC/DEERS Support Office.

What is myAuth?

myAuth will be your new digital login, replacing the old DS Logon login. With myAuth, you can use your Common Access Card or username/password plus a secure multi-factor authentication method to access multiple DOW websites with just one login.

What is changing?

On Aug. 3, 2026, we're rolling out myAuth for your TRICARE West Region Beneficiary Portal. You'll notice a new login page and a streamlined account creation process.

How will this benefit me?

myAuth will provide easier and simplified access. You can log in once and access multiple sites. In addition, there are more options to protect against unauthorized access through enhanced security features. Finally, myAuth offers a user-friendly experience with a simple interface and easy account management.
