You can search for CONUS50 United States, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and OCONUSAreas outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands based network dentists.

PCSing with the TRICARE Dental Program
Are you making a permanent change of station move soon? Know that your TRICARE Dental Program coverage moves with you.
First, update your address in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System as soon as you arrive at your next duty station. This keeps your records up to date.
Next, tell United Concordia about your move. They need your new address for billing, so you don’t lose coverage. Finally, use the United Concordia’s Find a Dentist tool to find a network dentist near your new home.
