MHS Nurse Advice Line

If you need health care advice, help finding an urgent care or emergency care facility, or to schedule a virtual urgent care appointment:

  • Call the MHS Nurse Advice Line 800-TRICARE (874-2273), option 1.
  • Visit MHSNurseAdviceLine.com for web chat and video chat.

Mental Health

If you need mental health support:

  • Dial 988 then press 1 or text 838255.
  • Call the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 800-TRICARE (874-2273).

Prescriptions

If you need to fill a prescription:

  • Fill the prescription at a military pharmacy if one is nearby.
  • Find a network pharmacy or call Express Scripts 877-363-1303 to get help finding a network pharmacy.
  • Do you already have a prescription with a military pharmacy overseas? You can work with any stateside military pharmacy to transfer your prescription. There must be active refills remaining on your prescription.
