What is Cervical Cancer?
It is estimated that about 11,500 new cervical cancer diagnoses occur each year. All people with a cervix are at risk of potentially developing cervical cancer.

The HPV vaccine is recommended as a form of prevention. Individuals can receive the vaccine beginning at 9 years of age up to age 26. Talk to your provider if you are over age 26 to discuss if the HPV vaccine is right for you.
