Anxiety Disorders
A healthy dose of worry is okay to keep you on track with life’s tasks, but when worry turns into unresolved stress, anxiety may creep in. Anxiety is a common condition in which feelings of worry, fear, and unease interfere with daily activities.

Symptoms of Anxiety Disorders
Symptoms of anxiety are persistent and can last for months. If you are experiencing anxiety, this may look like:
- Restlessness
- Easily fatigued
- Inability to concentrate
- Irritable
- Headaches, muscle aches, stomach aches, or unexplained pains
- Unable to control feelings of worry
- Difficulty sleeping or staying asleep
Treatment for Anxiety Disorders
Clinical treatment may include:
- Psychotherapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Medication
