After reviewing your EOB, you can appealThe action you take if you don’t agree with a decision made about your benefit. certain decisions about your claims. File an appeal within 90 days of the date of the EOB notice.
Online EOB Statements
You can sign up to receive your EOB statements online. See the information for your region below:
- East Region
- West Region
- If the date of service is before Jan. 1, 2025, and the claim was submitted to Health Net Federal Services by April 30, 2025, check with HNFS online through June 30, 2025.
- Starting May 1, 2025, go to West Region Claims for EOBs related to all other claims.
- Overseas Region
- TRICARE For Life
- TRICARE Pharmacy Program
