Have You Registered for the West Region Beneficiary Portal? (West Region)

As the calendar turned to 2025, you may have noticed big changes in your TRICARE West Region. As part of the transition to TriWest Healthcare Alliance, you’ve been asked to register for the new self-service beneficiary portal. The beneficiary self-service portal simplifies accessing healthcare information, allowing you to manage benefits easily and efficiently, all in one place.

If you haven’t registered for the portal yet, it’s easy! Follow the steps below.

  • Step 1: Go to https://tricare.mil/west.
  • Step 2: Use the self-service link at the top to access the secure beneficiary portal.
  • Step 3: Sign up as a new user (or log in if you’re already registered).
  • Step 4: Start enjoying the self-service features and benefits.

Inside the portal there is a vast array of things you can do:

  • Set up recurring payments.
  • Manage your disease and case management needs.
  • View your health records.
  • Check the status of referrals and pre-authorizations.
