US Family Health Plan

When enrolled in the US Family Health Plan, you’ll get care from your designated provider. This includes when you enroll in the TRICARE Young Adult-Prime Option and choose the US Family Health Plan.

You can choose any primary care physician from your designated provider’s directory.

Each designated provider has its own USFHP member handbook. You’ll receive this handbook when you enroll. You can also download a copy through the links below. The member handbook will explain how and where to get care.
