Get a New TRICARE Card

When you enroll in a TRICARE health plan, you can download a wallet card from milConnect. You can take this card to your appointments. You can write your provider’s name and phone number on this card for your reference.

• The wallet card isn’t proof of eligibility or enrollment.
• You must show your Uniformed Services ID card to your provider as proof of eligibility. Your provider can check to confirm you have coverage under a TRICARE plan.

To log in to milConnect, you must have one of the following:

• A Common Access Card
• A DFAS (MyPay) Account
• A DS Logon
