New Features In Beneficiary Self-Service (East Region)

Humana Military’s Beneficiary Self-Service is your online home for managing claims, updating communication preferences, viewing your benefits, and more. The Humana Military app keeps your health care at your fingertips when you’re on the go. Check out these new tools that will make your user experience easier.

Payment history

Once you log in, you can view your payment history for the last 24 months. Just click “View Payment History.” 

Grant your family access to your information (phone only) 
As a TRICARE enrollee, you can give a family member permission to call Humana Military and access some details of your account. There is one form to complete. You can do this in self-service: Click “Grant Access (Phone Only)” under “Account Settings” to get started.

Reinstatement
If you’re enrolled in TRICARE Prime or TRICARE Select, you can start a reinstatement request if you were disenrolled due to lack of payment. You must do this within 90 days of the disenrollment date. In self-service, within your eligibility tile (the space that shows your status) you’ll see “Initiate Reinstatement Request.” Click this link to begin the process.
