Find Health Care Providers to Get the Care You Need (West Region)

If you’re part of the TRICARE West Region, Health Net Federal Services (HNFS) makes it simple to find providers near you. This is true whether you’re new to the region or just looking for a new doctor. Read on to learn convenient ways to find the care you need.

Online directories
Go to the HNFS provider directory. Then choose from these options: 

• Network provider directory. Search for the right network provider based on your health care needs. You can filter by provider type, distance, and more. You also can sort search results by quality score or drive time. New providers may join the network at any time, so be sure to check this directory for updates.
• Telehealth options. Discover HNFS’s network telehealth partners. Access urgent care, telemental health, virtual lactation support, and diabetes management from the comfort of your home.
• Autism Care Demonstration directory. Find providers who can diagnose and treat autism spectrum disorder.

Childbirth and Breastfeeding Support Demonstration directory. Find certified labor doulas, lactation consultants, and lactation counselors who can provide services under the TRICARE demonstration.

 

Mental health care providers 
You can find mental health care providers in the HNFS network provider directory. In the “Provider Details” section, you can choose the type of mental health care provider you’re looking for from the “Specialty” menu.

Military hospital or clinic locator
If you’re looking for a military hospital or clinic, use TRICARE’s search tool to find one in your area. The HNFS network provider directory also includes military hospitals and clinics.

Primary care managers
Are you enrolled in TRICARE Prime? If so, you may be wondering if your primary care manager (PCM) must be located at a military hospital or clinic. HNFS’s PCM Selection Guide can help you learn which military hospitals and clinics have mandatory enrollment.
