Due to an unexpected error, approximately 25K Army Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) personnel records were incorrectly updated in DEERS resulting in the termination of benefits. The Army is working to correct the data and restore TRICARE in DEERS for all of affected beneficiaries. In the meantime, contractors can request that individual records be corrected for medical emergencies.
