When you enroll in the TRICARE Dental Program, you’ll pay monthly premiums and cost-shares.

  • Monthly premiums are based on your sponsor’s military status (active duty, Selected Reserve, or Individual Ready Reserve) and your type of enrollment:
    • Sponsor only
    • Single enrollment (one family member, not sponsor)
    • Family enrollment (more than one family member, not sponsor)
    • Sponsor and family
  • Cost-shares vary, depending on your sponsor’s pay grade and where you live.
