Regional Contractors
The regional contractors provide health care services and support beyond what's available at military hospitals and clinics for all health plan options except TRICARE For Life (in the U.S. and U.S. Territories) and the US Family Health Plan.
In each region, they manage:
- Provider networks
- Toll-free customer service call centers
- Enrollment, referrals, authorization and claims processing
- Beneficiary and provider education
