Vaccines

You may receive any of the vaccines listed below for free at participating network pharmacies.

  • To find a participating pharmacy, 
  • Call the pharmacy first to:
    • Verify the days and times you can get your vaccine
    • See if there are any restrictions
    • Make sure the pharmacy has the vaccine you need
  • To get your vaccine for free, make sure a pharmacist gives the vaccines and not someone from an in-pharmacy clinic.
  • You can still go to your doctor for the vaccine if the pharmacy has restrictions or it isn’t available. But, you may have to pay copayments or cost shares for the office visit.
Chickenpox (Varicella) Age 1 and older
Haemophilus Influenzae (Hib) No restrictions
Hepatitis A Virus

Age 1 and older

Hepatitis B Virus No restrictions
Human Papillomavirus (HPV)

Cervarix®: Females, age 11-26
Guardasil®: Females and Males, age 11-26

Flu Vaccine

Influenza (A, B and H1N1): No restrictions

German Measles (Rubella) Age 1 or older
Measles Age 1 or older
Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR) Age 1 or older
Measles, Mumps, Rubella & Varicella (MMRV) Age 1 or older
Meningococcal

All patients age 2 and older
Children age 2 months and older who are at increased risk for meningococcal disease.

Pneumonia

Pneumovax-23 (PPSV23): Age 2 and older
Prevnar-13 (PCV13): No restictions

Polio Birth to age 18
Rotavirus Birth to 12 months
Tetanus Booster Age 7 or older
Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis
(Whooping Cough)

DTaP: Age 6 and younger
Tdap: Age 7 and older

Shingles (Zoster) Age 60 or older
