The Military Health System Learning Portal is your world-class site for online and blended training. The Learning Portal is a centralized, web-based training platform providing the military medical workforce with a single source for managing, delivering and tracking all medically-related learning. You can attend courses in a virtual setting or participate in online training.

"The Right Patient to the Right Provider at the Right Place and at the Right Time." This slogan sums up TRICARE Management Activity’s (TMA’s) dedication to its access to care (ATC) standards. Access to care in the Military Health System (MHS) is a TMA priority and is closely watched by our beneficiaries and leaders across the military services.

TMA Health Plan Operations is pleased to announce the completion of the re-write of the MHS Guide to Access Success, formerly known as the Commander’s Guide to Access Success. Representatives from the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard participated in the process of re-writing and updating the guide to ensure the information was accurate and reflected all current Health Affairs and Service Policies with regard to ATC standards.

The guide is posted to the MHS Guide to Access Success Link in both Microsoft Word and Portable Document Format (PDF) versions. The Word version allows the user to click on the linked table of contents and other links within each section for easier navigation throughout the document.

The guide is designed to assist Military Treatment Facilities with improving access for our beneficiaries and its use is strongly encouraged by TMA Senior Leadership.
