*New Rebate File Format:
Beginning October 31, 2012 current TRICARE Retail Refund utilization files will move from the NCPDP Version 3.x to NCPDP Version 5.x Rebate File Format. Utilization files for 3QCY09 - 4QCY11 will remain in the NCPDP Version 3.x Rebate File Format.
