Defense Health Agency

"On October 1, 2013, the Department of Defense established the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to manage the activities of the Military Health System. These activities include those previously managed by TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), which was disestablished on the same date. During the next several months, all TMA websites will change to reflect the new DHA. We appreciate your patience during this transition."

Operations Branch

HRD Operations Branch mission is to provide comprehensive TMA customer service support in the core areas of Recruiting, Position Classification, Staffing (internal and External), Pay Setting and Special Personnel Actions, coordinating extensively with the Human Resource Service Center – North West, Office of Personnel Management and Washington Headquarters Service and conducts business analytics TMA-wide. Our HRD Business Partners work closely with aligned CFOs in order to ensure quality and responsive HR Service Delivery.
