The Health Related Behavior Survey – Reserve Component is currently being conducted for National Guard and Reserve Units. The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Personnel Readiness (USDP&R) in coordination with Reserve Affairs is sponsoring this survey. The questionnaire contains items about health related behaviors such as diet, exercise, drug, alcohol, and tobacco use. Responses will be used only to enact and modify policies that improve the health of all members of the military.
The survey is being conducted for USDP&R by two consulting companies, RTI and ICF International. Letters of support by component can be found at the links below:
The 2009/2010 Health Related Behaviors - Reserve Component is the 2nd iteration since 2006.
“On October 1, 2013, the Department of Defense established the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to manage the activities of the Military Health System. These activities include those previously managed by TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), which was disestablished on the same date. During the next several months, all TMA websites will change to reflect the new DHA. We appreciate your patience during this transition."
