TMA e-QIP HELP DESK (FOR TMA CONTRACTORS ONLY)
If you are a contractor under a TMA contract and your company Facility Security Officer has instructed you to complete your security questionnaire in the e-QIP Applicant website, or if you are a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) assigned a role in TMA’s e-QIP Program, and you are experiencing technical problems, the TMA e-QIP Help Desk can assist you.

Request for Authentication Reset and Unlock e-QIP Account
If you hold a “role” in TMA’s e-QIP process, i.e., Initiator, Reviewer, or Approver, resetting your user name and password requires a two-person reset: request an authentication reset with the TMA e-QIP Help Desk, they in turn will notify the TMA e-QIP User Administrator to approve your request for authentication reset and unlock your e-QIP account if your account is disabled.
