What is a TAO?

The TAO represents the management organization for the overseas contractor to ensure an integrated health care delivery system for the area of responsibility. The TAO Eurasia-Africa, in collaboration with MTF commanders, is responsible for the development and execution of an integrated plan for the delivery of health care in the Eurasia-Africa Area.
