Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is now hosting Small Business Forums

Due to an overwhelming demand, we have reached capacity for the May 5, 2014 event. However, you may continue to register and your name will be placed on a priority wait list for future events (dates are TBD). Please check back later for additional information. The DHA OSBP Director will discuss DHA's mission, as well as information on the types of products and services DHA buys. Small Business vendors will have an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and the products and services they provide. This Small Business Forum will provide an opportunity for vendors to network and build partnerships.

PARKING & TRANSIT

Parking information will be provided for participants once registration is completed. Vehicle information MUST be provided on the registration form in order for the applicant to receive a shuttle or parking pass. "ONLY ONE PARKING PASS IS ISSUED PER COMPANY."

Shuttle service is provided from the Dunn Loring Metro, Pentagon and Skyline to and from the DHHQ for people with a CAC, Military ID or shuttle bus pass. Schedules will be provided to participants once registration is completed.

Please ensure email addresses are included on the registration form so that parking and bus passes can be sent to participants.

REGISTER

Registration is required. Two representatives per company are allowed to register, with a limit of 40 people. When more than 40 people have registered, the excess of 40 will be put on a priority waiting list to attend the next Small Business Forum (dates are TBD). Deadline for registration is close of business (COB) Friday, 5:00 p.m. EST, April 18, 2014. To register, please download the registration form below, complete it, and email as an attachment to the DHA OSBP.

Please come prepared! The Forum attendees will be required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and to complete the DHA Vendor Profile Form and submit along with Capability Statements. The DHA Vendor Profile Form and Capability Statements can be submitted prior to the day of the event via email, DHA Small Business Programs.
