Annual Adult Consumer Reports
The TRICARE Consumer Reports provide Lead Agents and MTF commanders with a comprehensive description of TRICARE beneficiaries' experiences with their health care compared to MHS and civilian averages.
The TRICARE Consumer Reports care an interactive electronic document consisting of linked tables that contain beneficiaries' ratings of their health care, health plan, personal doctor, and most-used specialist. The Reports also include scores based on responses to combinations of questions about claims handling, customer service, access to care, preventive care, and interactions with doctors and their office staff. By clicking on the column and row headings of the table, the reader can look at the results from different angles or drill down to more different information.
The current scores in the Annual Consumer Report combine results for all surveys administered in in a calendar year. Once per year, the results of surveys from four quarters are combined. Combined scores are shown for MTF Catchment areas, regions and enrollment and beneficiary groups. These results can be accessed by clicking on the link below. These tables are similar to the quarterly consumer reports, but when you click on a region, you can also view MTF Catchment area scores.
