The Office of Chief of Staff reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer of TMA. The Chief of Staff for OCFO has three TMA offices reporting to it. They include the Private Sector Care Program Budget & Analysis (PB&A) Office, the Private Sector Care Requirements (PSCR) Office and the Contract Resource Management (CRM) Office. The mission of PB&A is to develop and justify TMA’s purchased care President’s Budget and Program Objective Memorandum. PSCR develops financial requirements for all purchased care programs and is responsible for the TRICARE Financial Management Executive Program course. CRM maintains TMAs financial accounting systems, ensures financial resources are obligated within those systems, and oversees e-Commerce systems which support the Managed Care and other health care related contracts. The PSCR Office is located in Falls Church, VA, while PB&A and CRM are located in Aurora, CO.
