The Patient Category (PATCAT) Training Module has been refreshed and provides detailed information for understanding the purpose of PATCAT codes, how they are structured and assigned, where to seek help, and additional resources. PATCATs are identified and grouped by sponsor service, beneficiary category, and special interest patient groups. PATCATs are directly linked to UBO billing operations for determining the appropriate rate to charge and billing method. This training offers a Post Quiz for completion and for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit. Upon successful completion of the training, a certificate of completion will be issued.
