Next Generation Satisfaction Survey - Health Care Services and Support (HCSS)

Objective: The Health Care Services and Support (HCSS) Beneficiary Satisfaction Surveys provide regional Administrative Contracting Officers (ACOs) with information on beneficiary-user satisfaction with the administrative processes/services of Health Care Services and Support Contractors as related to a purchased care service. The survey is part of a performance based award contract agreement requiring measurement of beneficiary satisfaction wit the Health Care Services and Support contractors for the 3 regions.
