Next Generation Satisfaction Survey - Retail Pharmacy

Objective: The objective of this pilot survey was to assess baseline customer satisfaction with the TRICARE Retail Pharmacy Program services. The sample was selected from users over a three month period.

Results: In 2005, from a random sample of 1200 TRICARE Retail Pharmacy users, 96.7% responded satisfactorily to the service they received, with no statistically significant regional differences.
