TRICARE Outpatient Satisfaction Surveys (TROSS) - Purchased and Direct Care

Objective: The objective of these surveys is to provide the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) / TRICARE Management Activity, in conjunction with the Surgeons General, and Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Commanders, with quick, frequent, civilian benchmarked feedback on the satisfaction of beneficiaries who receive care through a DoD Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and through a source other than a DoD MTF (purchased care).
