You may receive any of the vaccines listed below for free at participating network pharmacies.

  • To find a participating pharmacy, search online or call 1-877-363-1303.
  • Call the pharmacy first to:
    • Verify the days and times you can get your vaccine
    • See if there are any restrictions
    • Make sure the pharmacy has the vaccine you need
  • To get your vaccine for free, make sure a pharmacist gives the vaccines and not someone from an in-pharmacy clinic.
  • You can still go to your doctor for the vaccine if the pharmacy has restrictions or it isn’t available. But, you may have to pay copayments or cost shares for the office visit.

Flu Vaccine

Influenza A-Flu Shot (inactivated): All ages; recommended for 6 months - 64 years

Fluzone High Dose: Age 65 and older

Flu Mist: Age 2-49 (who are not pregnant)

Measles Age 1 or older
Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR) Age 1 or older
Measles, Mumps, Rubella & Varicella (MMRV) Age 1 or older

Available for:

  • all patients age 2 and older, and
  • children age 2 months and older who are at increased risk for meningococcal disease.

Pneumovax-23 (PPSV23): Age 2 and older

Prevnar-13 (PCV13): Birth to age 18
