TRICARE Prime PlansTRICARE Prime plans include: TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Prime Remote, TRICARE Prime Overseas, TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas and TRICARE Young Adult-Prime

Your primary care manager (PCM) provides most of your care. 

  • Call your PCM first for all urgent, routine or specialty care. 
  • Your PCM will give you a referral for care he/she can't provide.

If your PCM is at a military hospital or clinic, you can book some appointments online.

TRICARE Standard PlansTRICARE Standard Plans include: TRICARE Standard and Extra, TRICARE Standard Overseas and TRICARE Young Adult-Standard

Book an appointment with any TRICARE-authorized providerAn authorized provider is any individual, institution/organization, or supplier that is licensed by a state, accredited by national organization, or meets other standards of the medical community, and is certified to provide benefits under TRICARE. There are two types of TRICARE-authorized providers: Network and Non-Network..

  • Some services may require prior authorization.

TRICARE For Life

Book an appointment with any TRICARE-authorized provider.

You can get care at military hospital or clinics on a space-available basis.

US Family Health Plan

  • All care is coordinated through your designated provider.
  • You won't get care at military hosptial or clinics or other TRICARE-authorized providers.
