Exceptional Family Member Program
The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a program specific to your Service. It is used to coordinate assignments to support families with special medical and educational needs. For more information about the EFMP:

Specialized Training of Military Parents (STOMP)
STOMP is a federally funded Parent Training and Information Center that assists military families who have children with special education or health needs.
